Welcome to COSMO Beauty Store. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to COSMO Beauty Store. COSMO Beauty Store offers this store and website, including all information, content, functionalities, tools, products, and related services, to provide customers with an online shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on the Shopify platform, which allows us to provide the Services. These Terms and Conditions of Use, along with any policies or documents referred to herein (the “Terms”), establish the conditions applicable to the use of our store and the purchase of our products. By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, or by making a purchase, the user declares to have read and accepted these Terms, as well as the applicable policies of COSMO Beauty Store. These Terms do not prejudice any rights conferred to consumers by mandatory applicable legal rules, namely Portuguese and European Union legislation on consumer protection.

1. STORE ACCESS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT By using our Services, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with applicable legislation. To use certain Services, including making purchases, you may be required to provide information such as an email address, billing details, payment information, and delivery address. The user commits to providing true, complete, and up-to-date information and to keeping it updated whenever necessary. 2. OUR PRODUCTS We strive to present our products and their characteristics as accurately as possible. However, the colors, images, and appearance of the products displayed on the website may vary depending on the device used, screen settings, and other technical factors. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only, unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, features, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time. However, such changes will not affect previously accepted orders, except when the change is required by law or results from an obvious error. COSMO Beauty Store may discontinue certain products or limit the quantity of products that can be purchased per customer when there are legitimate reasons to do so.

3. ORDERS By placing an order through our store, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products. Upon receipt of the order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. Order acceptance will occur under the terms indicated in the purchase process and the respective confirmation. COSMO Beauty Store reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order when there is a legitimate reason, namely in situations of stock unavailability, obvious pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or the inability to process payment. If it is necessary to cancel an order that has already been paid for, the customer will be informed, and the amount paid will be refunded via the payment method used, without prejudice to legally applicable rights. The customer must carefully check the order details before finalizing it. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, without prejudice to the legal rights of the consumer. The purchased products are intended for personal or domestic use, unless prior agreement is made with COSMO Beauty Store.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS The prices displayed in the store are the prices applicable at the time of purchase and include legally applicable taxes when these must be included in the price presented to the consumer. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be displayed to the customer before the order is completed. Prices, discounts, and promotions may be changed at any time. These changes do not affect previously accepted orders. In the event of an obvious error in the displayed price, COSMO Beauty Store reserves the right to correct the error and, where legally applicable, cancel the order, informing the customer and processing the corresponding refund. The customer commits to providing true, complete, and up-to-date payment information. The use of third-party payment methods without authorization is prohibited.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Products will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the checkout process. The delivery times presented in the store are estimates, unless a binding timeframe is expressly indicated. COSMO Beauty Store will not be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to the rights legally conferred on the consumer. If the order is not delivered within the applicable legal timeframe, the customer may exercise the rights provided for in applicable legislation. In the case of consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to the products transfers to the consumer only when they, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products, unless legally stated otherwise. 9. SHOPIFY COSMO Beauty Store uses the Shopify platform to host its online store and provide certain Services. Purchases made through our store are conducted between the customer and COSMO Beauty Store. Shopify provides the technological infrastructure that enables the operation of the store, but it is not the seller of the products offered by COSMO Beauty Store.

10.
